AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Manager/Owner's Representative for food and beverage plant projects in the Midwest/SE. The role focuses on managing preliminary engineering, preconstruction activities, and contract administration, with extensive client and contractor interactions.

You will oversee scheduling, cost control, and project controls while coordinating with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to deliver on-time, within budget, and to scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in construction/engineering or related field is required.
• PM leadership and client-management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, cost reporting, and risk analysis.

Responsabilités

• Develop contracting strategies and RFPs aligned with project goals.
• Lead bid processes, evaluate bids, and support GMP negotiations and cost validation.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact and oversee engineering to construction delivery.
• Provide executive-level reporting on KPIs, risks, and progress.
