Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as Production Operator or similar preferred.
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good problem-solving and quick decision-making.
• Effective communication with team members.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied conditions.
• PPE compliance and potential forklift certification preferred.
• Shift flexibility and on-site work in an allergen-prone environment.

Responsibilities
