Job summary

ofi is a global leader in food & beverage ingredients and solutions, with a focus on safe, compliant production. The Machine Operator role requires attention to GMP, teamwork, and strong safety practices in a fast-paced environment.

As part of the production team, you will set up and operate assigned lines, ensure correct packaging and dating, and perform routine maintenance and inspections. The position is onsite in California, with shifts including overtime during harvest season.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and overtime during harvest season.
• Must be able to follow GMP and Food Safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate production/packaging lines safely and efficiently per SOPs.
• Ensure proper dating and packaging on packaging lines.
• Inspect line before start-ups and changeovers.
• Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions.
• Perform forklift duties as needed.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and area.
