Job summary

ofi North America (Olam Food Ingredients) is seeking a Production Associate to help ensure smooth operation of our food production processes. You will perform manufacturing, assembling, inspecting, reworking, cleaning and packaging tasks while following instructions and maintaining quality standards.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with potential night/ weekend shifts.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Compliance with health, hygiene, and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

Safety and compliance with all policies and regulations.
Quality control and reporting defects or issues.
Maintain accurate production logs and data entries.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth production.
Perform production and packaging tasks as per guidelines and specs.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and proper waste disposal.
