Bolthouse Farms is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform technical maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and installations in a production environment in Bakersfield, CA. You will follow diagrams, manuals, and safety guidelines while maintaining equipment readiness and quality standards.

The role emphasizes a strong safety culture, hands-on maintenance of plant equipment, and collaboration with maintenance and production teams to reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of maintenance experience with strong safety focus.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic control systems.
• Ability to read and understand equipment/technical manuals.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use hand tools and trades-type tools.
• Effective interpersonal skills and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Identify root causes by observing equipment in operation and using tools.
• Assist in verifying spare parts inventories for plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot major and minor malfunctions in plant equipment.
• Prepare maintenance reports by collecting and analyzing data.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment following procedures and regulations.
• Contribute to preventive and predictive maintenance plans to improve equipment effectiveness.
• Support troubleshooting of low-voltage systems and other duties as assigned.
