Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience with emphasis on safety
• Ability to read and understand equipment/technical manuals
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic control systems
• Ability to communicate clearly, both written and spoken
• Ability to use hand tools and trades tools
• Adaptability to diverse environments and strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Locate problems by observing equipment in operation and using testing instruments.
• Verify spare parts inventories for plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot major and minor malfunctions in plant equipment.
• Prepare maintenance reports with data and trends.
• Communicate equipment readiness to production management.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment per procedures and safety rules.
• Contribute to preventive/predictive maintenance plans to improve equipment effectiveness.
• Work safely and in compliance with regulatory agencies and company standards.
• Provide support troubleshooting low-voltage systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
