Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 2+ years in industrial maintenance repair and troubleshooting pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, 3-phase motors, VFDs and controls.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision within a team environment.
• Strong practical sense for diagnosing equipment problems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment, machinery, and facilities.
• Follow maintenance schedules and minimize downtime by timely task completion.
• Identify and report potential maintenance issues early.
• Diagnose and repair faulty equipment, machinery, or systems.
• Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble machinery to identify issues and needed repairs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; install and set up new equipment as part of projects.
• Coordinate and test newly installed equipment to ensure proper operation.
