Job summary

The Hershey Lodge in Hershey, PA is seeking a Part-Time Team Member to assist restaurant management in guest service and satisfaction. You will greet guests, seat them, handle opening/closing procedures, and help coordinate reservations and seating charts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Previous restaurant service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate POS computer and calculator.

• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and handle cash.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival in the restaurant and seat guests in accordance with their requests and server rotation.
• Complete opening and closing procedures, including cash control and settlement of guest charges.
• Coordinate reservations and seating charts, answer telephones; and oversee service, safety, and sanitation to ensure quality.
• Respond to guests' questions, requests, and concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned
