Job Summary
This position is responsible for managing all operational expenditures to maximize resource utilization. You will oversee the entire dining service operation, including:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Formulate budgets and operational plans.
2. Maintain and implement quality standards across all foodservice areas.
3. Ensure compliance with regional and account policies.
4. Provide accurate reporting for the account.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. BS degree preferred.
2. Experience in Multi-Unit and Production Facilities is required.
3. Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed services is required.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills.
