Job summary

Highgate Hotels, LP operates Blue Flamingo in Key West and seeks an experienced F&B Manager to coordinate and direct all aspects of the outlet's operations while maintaining profitability and high quality products and service.

The role requires marketing ideas to promote business, managing payroll and budgets, and training staff on SOPs. You will collaborate with other F&B managers to ensure guest satisfaction and consistent standards for service and operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of the outlet.
• Supervise outlet personnel.
• Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner.
• Work with other F&B managers and keep them informed of issues as they arise.
• Keep immediate supervisor fully informed of all problems or matters requiring attention.
• Assist in monitoring all phases of Loss Prevention in the outlet.
• Prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner.
• Ensure preparation of reports including Wage Progress, payroll, revenue, schedules, and action plans.
• Monitor quality of service in F&B outlet.
• Assist in menu planning and preparation.
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and sanitation regulations.
• Ensure SOPs compliance in all outlets.
• Assist on requisition procedures.
• Be visible on the floor and assist staff as needed during meals.
• Conduct staff performance reviews and training.
• Interview candidates for front-of-house positions and follow hiring standards.
• Complete tip reporting.
• Understand and monitor corporate promotions in outlet.
