Job summary

Blue Flamingo Resort Key West seeks a dedicated Housekeeping Operations Manager to oversee front office and related hotel operations. You will lead shifts, coordinate F&B coverage, and ensure the property maintains luxury standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage sensitive guest requests and complex schedules. This on-site position offers growth within a global hospitality company.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of progressive hotel or related field experience.
• Previous supervisory responsibilities required.
• Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing.
• Must be able to work long hours.
• Strong communication with staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist Front Office leadership in managing Front Office operations and supporting other departments.
• Provide strong lobby presence to assist front desk agents and guests.
• Coordinate shift coverage in Food & Beverage operations as needed.
• Balance hotel room type inventory.
• Ensure cleanliness and operations meet Paramount standards for lobby, mezzanine, and F&B areas.
• Monitor and act on upsell opportunities.
• Handle guest requests and complaints during shifts.
• Perform certain Night Audit duties and generate related reports.
• Attend meetings to maintain morale, productivity and guest service.
