Qualifications

• Plan, develop, and direct daily operations; forecast sales, labor, and profit; ensure budget compliance.
• Recruit, supervise, train, schedule, and direct the unit's management and staff.
• Maintain accounting records, daily reporting, cash control; manage P&L.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Ensure safe facility environment and equipment upkeep; sanitation and hygiene.
• Act as Company's point of contact with clients; represent the company professionally.
