Remington Hospitality in Los Angeles seeks a strong food and beverage leader to guide and train Associates across the department. You will ensure presence of management on each shift and support the team in achieving performance standards for prep, purchasing and production.

You will schedule, coach and evaluate staff while guaranteeing inventory and supplies are adequate. Maintain cleanliness and enforce liquor procedures and safety rules to ensure compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in food & beverage operations.
• Strong coaching and training skills for Associates.
• Proven ability to direct scheduling, inventory, and safety compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead, guide and train Associates in food and beverage department.
• Ensure management presence during each shift to support the team.
• Establish and review performance standards in prep, purchasing and production.
• Direct schedule, evaluate, and coach the food and beverage team.
• Ensure inventory and supplies are provided for performance.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety compliance in F&B areas and liquor procedures.
