Embassy Suites by Hilton Kansas City Overland Park is seeking a Food & Beverage Director to oversee all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bar, room service and catering, ensuring top service, profitability and guest satisfaction in a dynamic hotel setting.

The ideal candidate will have executive chef experience, strong leadership, financial acumen, and a track record of managing P&L, labor costs, and regulatory compliance within luxury hospitality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Certifications in food safety and alcohol service required.
• 5+ years in F&B management with senior leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets (restaurants, bars, room service, catering).
• Ensure health, safety, and liquor regulations compliance and high food safety standards.
• Recruit, train, and mentor F&B managers and staff; manage staffing and labor costs.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, service quality, and menu presentation across venues.
• Develop budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue; negotiate vendor contracts.
