The Food and Beverage Manager oversees the operation of the hotel food and beverage services, including banquets and restaurant. Responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, managing inventory, handling customer complaints, and menu preparation. The manager supervises the hotel’s main restaurant, cocktail lounge, banquets, and room service food orders.

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House F&B operations
2. Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
3. Organize and supervise shifts
4. Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
5. Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
6. Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses
