Job Description

The Premium Food & Beverage Manager at Rosemont Convention Center is responsible for developing and implementing dining solutions tailored to customer needs and tastes. This role oversees and manages dining operations where customers order prepared foods from a menu.

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $60,000.00 to $65,000.00. If both figures are the same, that is the expected offer. This estimate reflects Aramark’s good faith as of the posting date.

Job Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Use Aramark's coaching model to develop team members, recognize employees, ensure performance objectives are met, lead daily briefings, and uphold safety and sanitation standards.
  • Client Relationship: Identify client needs and communicate progress.
  • Financial Performance: Maintain P&L statements, meet financial targets, understand performance metrics, and educate teams on improving margins.
  • Productivity: Drive operational efficiency, control costs, manage profits, meet food and labor initiatives, and ensure team training and supervision.
  • Compliance: Ensure a safe environment, follow policies and regulations related to safety, health, wages, and hours.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Lead front-of-house operations in conjunction with the Food Service Director, and coordinate food service activities to deliver quality products to customers.

Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in food & beverage operations.
  • At least 1 year in a management role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain effective client and customer relationships.
  • Excellent customer service skills per Aramark’s standard service model.
  • Ability to work with other departments for a unified food service experience.
  • Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays for events.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
