Excellent opportunity for an innovative Food and Beverage Manager to join our team! This role will appeal to an experienced, food and beverage leader capable of inspiring their team to achieve excellence in guest service, associate engagement, product quality, and financial performance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, lounges, nightclubs, in-room dining, kitchens, stewarding, and banquets.
  • Aligning the culture, mission, values, and standards to maximize team potential.
  • Creating a professional and personable service environment to engage employees, guests, and owners.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol standards at federal, state, local, and company levels.

Requirements:

  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift/move up to 20 pounds, stand for extended periods, and handle objects/equipment in a hotel/kitchen environment.

Education & Experience:

  • Four-year degree from college or technical school, or equivalent experience.
  • Five or more years in a food and beverage leadership role within a comparable hotel setting.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop team members.
