Job Summary

Deliver first-class service with a premium touch! As a Premium Manager, you will oversee high-end suite and club operations, ensuring that each guest enjoys an elite and personalized experience. You’ll manage premium spaces, lead a service-driven team, and collaborate with culinary and operations departments to provide outstanding hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage suite and club-level operations for all events

+ Lead and train premium service staff

+ Maintain service quality and guest satisfaction standards

+ Coordinate with culinary and operations for execution

+ Monitor setup, execution, and breakdown of premium areas

+ Address guest requests and service issues efficiently

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field is preferred

+ 2–3 years of experience in premium service or food & beverage management

+ Familiarity with suite service, POS systems, and event logistics

+ ServSafe and alcohol service certifications preferred
