Job summary

OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels is hiring in Hawaii for a hospitality role focused on guest service and food/beverage delivery. You will exemplify the Aloha spirit, take and deliver orders, and assist across banquet, restaurant, and poolside service with a team-driven approach.

Base pay starts at $16.56 per hour, with benefits including health insurance, paid leave, a 401K plan, and growth opportunities through training and development programs.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible days and shifts.
• Strong service-oriented attitude and teamwork.
• Prior hospitality or food and beverage experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures.
• Service of food and/or beverage to include order-taking and delivery of items in a friendly, courteous, timely and professional manner.
• Support banquet, restaurant, and poolside service as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
