Job summary

Drury Inn & Suites Grand Rapids, currently ranked #1 out of 15 hotels in Cascade Township by TripAdvisor travelers, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Food & Beverage and hotel operations. You will help develop teams, drive operational excellence, and create memorable guest experiences for every guest.

As part of the Operations Leadership team, you will train, develop, and coach staff, monitor quality, service, profitability, and team performance, and model QA best practices daily

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of one-year supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success; hotel experience preferred.
• Passion to serve others and exceed our guests’ expectations

• Provide expert leadership across all departments of the hotel taking the lead on providing exceptional guest service
• Train, develop, and coach team members to achieve success in their roles
• Deliver on key business metrics of quality, service, profitability, and team
