Drury Plaza Columbus Downtown invites an Assistant General Manager to spearhead bar operations and guest-service excellence. Based at 88 East Nationwide Blvd, Columbus, OH, you will lead a hospitality team, craft memorable beverage experiences, and drive daily hotel operations while upholding brand standards.

You will mentor staff, manage the beverage program, monitor costs and inventory, and ensure exceptional guest interactions from check-in through departure, contributing to a high-energy,

Qualifications

• Passion to serve others and exceed guests' expectations.
• Proven experience in hotel operations and/or bar management.
• Knowledge of bar operations and beverage cost control.
• Minimum of one-year supervisory experience; hotel or restaurant experience preferred.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU
