Job summary

Makeready LLC is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage leader to oversee daily front of house operations at our Savannah hotel. You will manage staff, coach team members, and monitor the operating budget to drive guest satisfaction and revenue.

The role requires strong leadership, multitasking in a high-volume hospitality environment, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure exceptional service across all outlets.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as Food & Beverage leader preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Passion for hospitality, team development, and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams in a high-volume environment.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling, inventory management, ordering and labor oversight.
• Collaborate with culinary and operational leaders on menu execution and guest experience initiatives.
• Respond to guest feedback and help resolver service concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Provide leadership support during service periods, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Foster a positive and engaging team culture.

This leader possesses the ability to inspire staff, encourage teamwork and achieve the collective goals of the Food and Beverage outlets. Daily duties include management of the daily front of house operations, the selection, development and coaching of team members and the financial oversight of the operational budget. In addition, this leader will oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, help drive revenues, and ensuring guests are satisfied with their dining experience.
