Job summary

The Alida in Savannah, GA is seeking a Senior Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily front of house operations and coach a high-performing team. You will manage the F&B budget, oversee inventory, and collaborate with culinary leaders to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This role emphasizes strong leadership, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for hospitality. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability are expected to support a premium guest experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

This leader possesses the ability to inspire staff, encourage teamwork and achieve the collective goals of the Food and Beverage outlets. Daily duties include management of the daily front of house operations, the selection, development and coaching of team members and the financial oversight of the operational budget. In addition, this leader will oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, help drive revenues, and ensuring guests are satisfied with their dining experience.

Requested Tasks:

• Support the leadership and oversight of daily Food & Beverage operations.
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing front of house team members.
• Maintain and uphold service standards and operational procedures.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory management, ordering and labor oversight.
• Collaborate with culinary and operational leaders on menu execution and guest experience initiatives.
• Respond to guest feedback and help resolver service concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Provide leadership support during service periods, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Foster a positive and engaging team culture.
