This leader possesses the ability to inspire staff, encourage teamwork and achieve the collective goals of the Food and Beverage outlets. Daily duties include management of the daily front of house operations, the selection, development and coaching of team members and the financial oversight of the operational budget. In addition, this leader will oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, help drive revenues, and ensuring guests are satisfied with their dining experience.
