Makeready LLC is seeking a Senior Food & Beverage Manager for The Alida in Savannah, GA. This leader will inspire and coach staff, manage daily front of house operations, and oversee budgeting, inventory and guest satisfaction.

Flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays is required to support a high-volume, hospitality-driven environment. The role emphasizes recruiting, training and developing a strong FOH team, while collaborating with culinary and operations leaders to deliver exceptional

This leader possesses the ability to inspire staff, encourage teamwork and achieve the collective goals of the Food and Beverage outlets. Daily duties include management of the daily front of house operations, the selection, development and coaching of team members and the financial oversight of the operational budget. In addition, this leader will oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, help drive revenues, and ensuring guests are satisfied with their dining experience.

Requested Tasks:

• Support the leadership and oversight of daily Food & Beverage operations.
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing front of house team members.
• Maintain and uphold service standards and operational procedures.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory management, ordering and labor oversight.
• Collaborate with culinary and operational leaders on menu execution and guest experience initiatives.
