Job summary

The Alida Savannah is seeking a Senior F&B Manager to lead daily front-of-house operations and oversee the dining programs across our 173-room hotel on Savannah's riverfront.

You will coach and develop a diverse team, drive revenue, manage budgets, and ensure guest satisfaction through exceptional service and collaboration with culinary and operations leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in food and beverage leadership roles.
• Experience managing front-of-house operations and service standards.
• Experience with budgeting and inventory management.
• Ability to coach and develop diverse staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations and dining programs.

This leader possesses the ability to inspire staff, encourage teamwork and achieve the collective goals of the Food and Beverage outlets. Daily duties include management of the daily front of house operations, the selection, development and coaching of team members and the financial oversight of the operational budget. In addition, this leader will oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, help drive revenues, and ensuring guests are satisfied with their dining experience.

Requested Tasks:

• Support the leadership and oversight of daily Food & Beverage operations.
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing front of house team members.
• Maintain and uphold service standards and operational procedures.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory management, ordering and labor oversight.
• Collaborate with culinary and operational leaders on menu execution and guest experience initiatives.
• Respond to guest feedback and help resolver service concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Provide leadership support during service periods, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Foster a positive and engaging team culture.
• Prior experience as Food & Beverage leader preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Passion for hospitality, team development, and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams in a high-volume environment.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
