Job description

Our Cambria Calabasas Hotel is currently seeking an experienced, knowledgeable Food & Beverage Manager to manage the department up to brand standards and Owner expectations. Leading the F&B Team, you will help us "craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns". Position Responsibilities:

1. Management of day-to-day Food & Beverage operations: 60-seat restaurant, bar, and banquets
2. Maintain guest confidence through prompt and courteous communication with guests and associates
3. Execute F&B services at the highest quality at all times
4. Select and assist in the hiring of hotel associates, complete new hire paperwork, review performance, and conduct personnel actions such as disciplinary procedures
5. Assist in managing P&L by controlling costs and achieving budgeted CPOR
6. Monitor labor productivity for front and back of house
7. Train staff in all duties and empower them to reach top performance levels
8. Support hotel sales efforts and generate revenue opportunities
9. Manage inventory, ordering, and restocking of F&B supplies regularly

Education and Experience:

• Successful hotel management experience in Food & Beverage is essential; progressive experience is preferred
• Management and systems experience within the Hilton family of brands is highly preferred
• Highly motivated, self-directed, with strong initiative and achievement desire
• Exceptional guest service skills required
• Strong computer skills required
• Excellent communication and presentation skills required
• Food Handling Management Certification and Liquor Manager Certifications are required
