Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires ability to communicate in English with customers.
• Food safety certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Legally eligible to perform sales including alcohol and tobacco per state law.

Responsibilities

• Turn on Roller Grill, stock per Production Guide, ensure all products correctly dated and food safe.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all foodservice areas per SOPs and cleaning schedules.
• Ensure replenishment and ordering to prevent out-of-stocks for foodservice items and supplies.
