United Dairy Farmers in Amelia, OH is seeking a Retail Food and Beverage Lead for Store 194. The role pays $13.50–$15.25 per hour and focuses on safe, clean, and stocked foodservice areas, with compliance to alcohol and tobacco rules. You will guide associates, ensure food safety, and deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience throughout shifts.

The position covers store responsibilities and foodlead tasks from morning prep to service, with emphasis on accuracy, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Legal to conduct alcohol and tobacco sales under state law.
• Ability to read English and communicate effectively with guests.
• Commitment to food safety and store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Turn on Roller Grill, stock per Production Guide, ensure products are dated and safe.
• Prepare fresh condiments with correct dating procedures.
• Turn on HTG Oven & HTG Warmer, prepare sandwiches per SOPs and SOPs.
• Maintain temperature logs for all foodservice areas.
• Ensure product availability in foodservice areas Monday–Friday, 5AM–12PM.
• Train associates to execute foodservice programs on shift.
• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience and exceptional service.
• Maintain cleanliness of all foodservice areas and equipment.
