Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Retail Food and Beverage Lead for Store 029 in Cincinnati, OH. The role focuses on executing safe, clean, and stocked foodservice areas, while delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience and supervising team members during shifts.

The position requires knowledge of foodservice programs, equipment, and SOPs, with a pay range of $13.50–$15.25 per hour. The candidate must be able to perform alcohol and tobacco sales in compliance with state laws.

Qualifications

• Food safety certification required or able to obtain.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow SOPs, safety rules, and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Turn on Roller Grill and ovens; stock per Production Guide and ensure correct dating.
• Maintain logs and ensure food safety across all prepared items.
• Ensure foodservice areas are clean, organized and well-stocked during shifts.
• Assist guests with Hi Five Guest Experience and upsell foodservice offerings.
• Assist with ordering foodservice supplies to minimize out-of-stocks.
• Train team members on programs and SOPs when needed.
• Maintain accuracy of POS transactions and cash handling.
• Adhere to all state laws for alcohol and tobacco sales while on duty.
