Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead for Store 132 in Wilder, KY. This on-site, full-time role (Mon–Sat, 4am–12pm) focuses on safe, clean, and stocked foodservice areas and delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience.

Responsibilities include running foodservice programs, training associates, maintaining temperatures and dates, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Candidates must be able to manage POS transactions and work early hours.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, hear and understand English well enough to communicate with customers.
• Food Safety certification required subject to state regulations.
• Ability to operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately.
• Provide outstanding guest service and follow the five phases of The Hi Five Guest Experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate foodservice equipment and ensure correct dating and food safety procedures.
• Maintain clean, stocked foodservice areas and ensure product availability during shift.
• Assist management in training associates to execute foodservice programs.
• Provide warm, authentic guest interactions and deliver the Hi Five experience.
• Keep accurate time records and ensure proper SOP adherence.
