Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead for Store 160 in Wilder, KY. This on-site role covers foodservice execution, guest experience, and store operations during the first shift (Mon–Sat 4am–12pm). Pay ranges from $13.50 to $15.25 per hour, with a 5-day workweek and full-time status.

The lead will ensure safe, clean, stocked foodservice areas, train staff, and uphold company policies. Alcohol and tobacco sales compliance may apply where allowed by law.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in English with customers and team.
• Food safety certification may be required by state regulations.
• Experience in quick-service or retail food service a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Operate foodservice equipment per SOPs and production guides.
• Maintain temperature logs and ensure food safety standards.
• Stock and date food products; manage deli and snack areas.
• Process POS transactions accurately and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of foodservice areas.
• Assist with training and supervising team members on shift.
