Responsibilities

• Turn on Roller Grill, stock per Production Guide, ensure products are dated and food safe.
• Prepare fresh condiments using correct dating procedures.
• Turn on HTG Oven & Warmer, prepare sandwiches per SOPs and place on warmer with correct expiration times.
• Maintain temperature logs for all foodservice areas.
• Ensure foodservice product availability Monday–Friday, 5AM–12PM.
• Prepare Dipside area in the morning to stock ice cream for guest consumption.
• Arrange foodservice supplies orders to prevent out-of-stocks.
• Clean and sanitize all foodservice smallwares to ensure safety.
• Meet Hi Five Guest Experience standards and train associates on shift.
• Communicate effectively in English with guests and coworkers.
