Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Retail Food and Beverage Lead in Maineville, OH. This role emphasizes delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience, maintaining a safe, clean, and stocked foodservice area, and supporting store operations with accurate POS handling and high service standards.

The position requires knowledge of foodservice programs, equipment, and SOPs, with the ability to train other associates and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, hear and understand spoken English.
• Food safety certification required by state laws.
• Legally eligible to conduct alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Knowledge of foodservice programs and SOPs.
• Experience with foodservice equipment and product handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests.
• Operate POS system, handle transactions and cash with accuracy.
• Stock and rotate merchandise, ensure dip cabinet and food stations are presentable.
• Maintain cleanliness of foodservice areas and proper food safety practices.
• Monitor temperatures and logs for all foodservice areas.
• Assist management in training associates on foodservice programs.
• Complete time records and daily guest service documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
