Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Retail Food & Beverage Lead (Store 033) for a full-time role in Milford, OH. The position handles a safe, clean, stocked foodservice area and ensures compliance with SOPs and state laws for alcohol and tobacco sales.

You will lead foodservice operations from prep to service, maintain temperature logs, manage stock, and train team members to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Direct guest service experience in retail or food service.
• Ability to obtain Food Safety certification and comply with safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate foodservice equipment safely and maintain proper temperatures.
• Stock and date food products, ensure freshness and compliance.
• Greet guests and provide Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Assist with cash handling and POS transactions.
