Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Retail Food and Beverage Lead for Store 077 in Cincinnati, OH. This full-time role oversees foodservice operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and stocked area and delivering the Hi Five guest experience to every guest.

The position requires knowledge of foodservice programs, equipment, and SOPs, with responsibilities spanning preparation, inventory, ordering, and training of team members. Alcohol and tobacco sales compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety procedures and programs.
• Ability to train and supervise store staff on foodservice SOPs.
• Ability to sell alcohol and tobacco in compliance with state laws.

Responsibilities

• Turn on and operate foodservice equipment (Roller Grill, HTG Oven/Warmer).
• Maintain dated, food-safe products and logs.
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness of foodservice areas throughout shifts.
• Assist with ordering, stocking, and daily inventory to avoid stockouts.
• Provide excellent guest service following The Hi Five experience.
• Assist management in training associates on foodservice programs.
