Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding in Kettering, OH is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead for Store 216. This first-shift role runs Monday through Saturday, 4:00 am to 12:00 pm, with a five-day workweek, and pay between $13.50 and $15.25 per hour.

You will oversee safe, clean, stocked foodservice areas, train staff, manage food safety procedures, assist guests, and ensure compliance with company policies while driving foodservice sales.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work Mon-Sat, 4am-12pm.
• Experience in foodservice or retail leadership is preferred.
• Ability to guide and train team members in SOPs and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, clean, stocked foodservice area.
• Assist guests and ensure Hi Five guest experience.
• Maintain equipment, temperature logs, and product dating.
• Ensure ordering and inventory to prevent stockouts.
