Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead for Store 200 (First Shift, Mon-Sat 4am-12pm). You will manage a safe, clean, stocked foodservice area and support guest experiences with The Hi Five framework.

Responsibilities include operating foodservice equipment, maintaining logs, training staff, and ensuring compliance with state food safety regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role in Dayton, Ohio.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Food Safety certification compliant with state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead foodservice area ensuring safety, cleanliness and proper stock levels.
• Operate daily foodservice tasks including grills, ovens, and warmer units.
• Maintain temperature logs and ensure food safety across service areas.
• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience and high-quality service to guests.
• Train and support store associates on foodservice programs and SOPs.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and POS operations, including alcohol/tobacco where applicable.
