Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead for Store 169 in Independence, KY, with a first shift, Mon–Sat 4am–12pm, paying $13.50–$15.25/hr. The role oversees safe, clean, and stocked foodservice areas and leads foodservice operations to grow sales while providing the Hi Five Guest Experience.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, ensuring food safety, stocking, ordering to prevent shortages, and training staff on programs and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or retail operations is preferred.
• Ability to follow food safety and SOP procedures.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate foodservice equipment (roller grill, ovens, warmers) and ensure correct dating and safety.
• Stock and prep condiments, manage deli cases, and maintain temperature logs.
• Ensure items are available during assigned hours and place orders to prevent shortages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all foodservice areas and backroom storage.
• Train associates on foodservice programs and SOPs to ensure consistent service.
