Qualifications

• Ability to follow recipes and SOPs for food preparation.
• Strong customer-service orientation and communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, clean, and stocked foodservice area.
• Assist guests with The Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Prepare shakes, ice cream, and other dip-side items.
• Operate POS and handle transactions including gas sales.
• Stock shelves and ensure product dating and temperature controls.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all foodservice areas.
