Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Retail Food and Beverage Lead for Store 136 in Loveland, OH. The role focuses on maintaining a safe, clean, and stocked foodservice area while growing foodservice sales and ensuring compliance with SOPs and state regulations.

The position involves leading a team, training associates, managing orders, and delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest. Must be able to operate the POS system and handle alcohol/tobacco sales where permitted.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English with customers.
• Willingness to obtain Food Safety certification as required.
• Ability to operate POS terminal and related store equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead foodservice area to ensure safe, clean, stocked conditions and proper dating.
• Provide Hi Five guest experience and assist team during shifts.
• Maintain inventory, orders, cleanliness and food safety in all foodservice areas.
• Operate POS and handle transactions, cash control and sales reporting.
