Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead for Store 001 in Norwood, OH. The role focuses on executing a safe, clean, and stocked foodservice area, with responsibilities across programs, product offering, equipment use, and staff training during the first shift.

The position requires leadership in service delivery, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to uphold the Hi Five Guest Experience while ensuring compliant alcohol and tobacco transactions where applicable.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to become Food Safety certified subject to UDF/state regulations.
• Ability to operate a POS terminal and handle cash/transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience by greeting guests and ensuring satisfaction.
• Manage foodservice area operations: prep condiments, inventory, dating, and safe handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of foodservice and store areas per SOPs.
• Ensure accurate time records and reporting, plus other duties as assigned.
