Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding in Norwood, OH is seeking a part-time Retail Food and Beverage Lead Store to ensure safe, clean, and stocked foodservice areas. The role requires following The Hi Five Guest Experience and upholding company policies, including alcohol and tobacco sales compliance.

The Food Lead is responsible for daily food preparation, stocking, and customer service, with early morning shifts and strong teamwork across shifts to grow foodservice sales. Must be able to speak English clearly.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate with customers.
• Food safety certification may be required by UDF state regulations.
• Part-time availability and on-site work required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide high-quality service according to UDF standards.
• Operate the POS system for orders and payments accurately.
• Stock and rotate foodservice items following safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of food service and sales areas.
• Follow all safety, health, and regulatory requirements for food handling.
• Assist teammates and management with food preparation and service as needed.
