Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead for Store 162 in Liberty Twp, OH. The role oversees the foodservice area, ensuring safety, cleanliness, stock levels and proper SOP adherence, while delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience.

The position requires on-site availability, Monday through Saturday early hours, and compliance with food safety and store policies. The successful candidate will train associates and maintain product quality and service standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to become Food Safety certified per UDF and state regulations.
• Legal ability to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience with greeting and service.
• Prepare DipSide items and accessory frozen desserts.
• Operate POS and handle transactions accurately.
• Stock, rotate and maintain cleanliness of foodservice areas and equipment.
• Assist in training other associates on foodservice programs.
