ACCESS | MANAGEMENT ∙ REALTY ∙ MAINTENANCE ∙ LIFESTYLE is seeking a Food & Beverage Controller to oversee financial performance, reporting, and internal controls for HOA communities and amenity facilities across Central or Southwest Florida.

The role focuses on budgeting, cost control, month-end closings, audits, and driving operational efficiency in restaurants, bars, cafés, catering, and related venues while partnering with leadership to optimize resident satisfaction and financial results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and accounting functions for food and beverage operations across assigned communities.
• Prepare and analyze monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, revenue reports, and operational financial summaries.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, gross profit margins, and operating performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Reconcile food and beverage sales, POS transactions, credit card settlements, daily deposits, and general ledger accounts.
• Review POS reports to verify sales activity, discounts, voids, refunds, complimentary items, and other transaction adjustments.
