Target is hiring a Food & Beverage Expert to deliver friendly, guest-focused service on the sales floor and assist with replenishment, inventory accuracy, and merchandising. You will follow safety guidelines, operate scanners, and work with a dynamic team to maintain fresh, accurately priced and signed product displays.

The role requires strong guest interaction, adaptability to varying shifts, and a commitment to safety and compliance in a fast-paced retail environment. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older (Bakery Only)
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
• Work both independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
• Capability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments
• Greet guests and assist them to find what they need
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Support team efforts and assist peers while staying positive and respectful
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience with a full shopping experience during all hours of operations
• Follow all Food & Beverage standards and processes including replenishment and in-stocks routines
• Operate food safety procedures in line with Target policies
• Work with vendors to maintain displays and backroom organization
• Handle items safely and comply with laws and store policies
• Maintain a compliant, safe work environment at all times
• Assist back-up cashier, order pickup, and drive-up duties when needed
