Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older (Bakery Only).
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments.
• Greet guests and assist them to find what they need, resolving issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and support peers as needed.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience, maintaining Food & Beverage standards and safe practices.
• Follow all food safety requirements and use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products.
• Work with vendors to maintain displays and organized backroom space.
• Locate damaged or expired items and ensure proper handling per policies.
