Target in Town of Florida, NY is hiring a Food & Beverage Expert to deliver friendly guest service and keep our food and beverage areas fresh, accurate, and inviting. You will assist guests, stock shelves, handle transactions, and follow safety and quality standards.

This role requires a welcoming attitude, ability to work a flexible schedule, and comfort with lifting up to 44 pounds. Training is provided to develop skills and advance within the team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.

Responsabilités

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Follow Food & Beverage standards and safety procedures and ensure data accuracy.
