Job summary

Target is hiring a Food & Beverage Expert to create an inviting guest experience, ensure accurate pricing and stock, and uphold food safety standards. You will greet guests, assist with finding items, and support team members during busy periods to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

This role requires an 18+ age minimum (Bakery), willingness to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays), and strong teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ age requirement (Bakery Only)
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and teammates
• Ability to use handheld scanners and technology as directed
• Work independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests and initiate warm, helpful interactions at 10ft and 4ft distances.
• Help guests find items or resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and maintain guest service.
• Support teammates and adapt to guest needs while maintaining a positive attitude.
