Target is seeking a Food & Beverage Expert to contribute to a friendly, guest-first shopping experience. You will greet guests, assist with finding products, and resolve questions while upholding food safety standards and signage accuracy.

You will work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced store environment, adapting to varying shifts, stocking, merchandising, and guest services to ensure a smooth and welcoming visit for every guest.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy helping guests and team members.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding role.
• Open to flexible work hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to communicate across multiple frequency devices and use scanners and tech as directed.
• Capable of multi-tasking and maintaining accuracy under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests across 10ft and 4ft zones.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues to ensure smooth shopping experiences.
• Support teammates and maintain a positive attitude across shifts.
• Follow Target Food & Beverage standards and safety procedures.
• Assist with backroom organization, replenishment, and merchandising tasks.
